A gentle reminder that the submission deadline for our next issue of ImagiNews is June 1.
Our upcoming theme is Career, and we warmly invite submissions that explore vocation, calling, meaningful work, livelihood, service, transition, and the many pathways through which our lives unfold in the world.
We welcome:
- Poetry
- Short articles or reflections
- Stories
- Imagery experiences inspired by career, vocation, purpose, or prosperity
We would love to hear your voice and receive your images, insights, and experiences around what career and calling mean in your life and work.

Suggested topics
Submissions should relate to Imagery and the imagination, with preference given to pieces that specifically describe Imagery as a healing tool.
Articles and creative pieces may explore themes such as:

yoga, music, dreams, art, sound, or somatic practices

poetry and personal reflections
-
Imagery used in different professional or community settings
-
research abstracts or publications
-
reviews of members’ books and/or CDs

Required elements for all submissions
Please ensure that all of the following are included in one email to editor@imageryinternational.org.

Article submitted in Word format only.

Content clearly linked to the theme of the issue.

Inclusion of the theme word(s) and their derivatives, as well as the word “imagine” and its derivatives.

Maximum length of 750 words (shorter pieces and brief reflections are welcome).

A personal photo (minimum resolution 300 dpi, size 1000 x 1000 pixels).
-
Credentials for the author byline and/or website information.
-
A brief author bio (40–70 words), including any website information.
-
Full contact information, including email, phone number, and complete mailing address.

Use the subject line: "Submission for ImagiNews" or similar.

Appreciation for authors
Authors whose work is published will receive a complimentary printed copy of ImagiNews.
Additional copies may be purchased if the editors are notified before printing.
Please note: if a complete mailing address is not included with the submission, a printed copy cannot be mailed.
If you have submitted an article or poem in the past and did not receive your complimentary copy, please email editor@imageryinternational.org. If past issues are available and a complete mailing address is provided, a printed copy will be sent.
